This Privacy Policy describes how Reve Stitching (Pvt.) Ltd. handles information within its internal Enterprise Resource Planning system. This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and authorized users who access the ERP system.

The ERP system collects and stores operational data including employee credentials, inventory records, production data, fabric and yarn tracking information, supplier details, purchase orders, and business transactions necessary for factory operations.

All data collected within this system is used exclusively for internal business operations including inventory management, production tracking, procurement coordination, quality control, financial reporting, and management decision-making. Data is not used for any purpose outside of normal business operations.

Access to this system is restricted to authorized personnel only. Each user has role-based access permissions appropriate to their department and responsibilities. Users can only view and edit data that falls within their designated access level. Management has broader access for oversight and reporting purposes.

All data is hosted on Frappe Cloud with a 99.9% uptime guarantee. The hosting infrastructure includes daily automatic backups, encrypted connections via SSL/TLS, and server-side security measures. No data is shared with external parties without explicit management authorization.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Passwords should not be shared with any other person under any circumstances. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, contact IT support immediately to reset your password and secure your account.

The ERP system maintains a complete audit trail of all actions performed within the system. This includes document creation, modification, submission, cancellation, and deletion. Audit logs are maintained for compliance and accountability purposes.

Business records within the ERP system are retained in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements applicable to export-oriented manufacturing operations in Pakistan. Historical data is preserved for audit, compliance, and operational reference purposes.

No third-party service has direct access to the ERP database. External integrations, where applicable, operate through secure API connections with appropriate authentication. The system hosting provider (Frappe Cloud) maintains infrastructure-level access for hosting purposes only.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time as the system evolves. Users will be notified of significant changes through internal communication channels. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
